The Soirée Foundation is calling on experienced and passionate leaders to help shape the future of community wellbeing and social impact in Malawi.
The Soirée Foundation is inviting expressions of interest from qualified and committed individuals to join its Advisory Board.
Established in 2025, The Soirée Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to advancing wellbeing, creativity, environmental stewardship, and social impact across Malawi. Through culture-led and community-driven initiatives, the Foundation creates accessible pathways to care, opportunity, and connection. Current programmes include free therapy sessions in partnership with St John of God Hospitaller Services, Wellness Circles, Soirée Socials, and creative and environmental initiatives that foster learning and community engagement.
As The Foundation continues to grow, the establishment of an Advisory Board forms a key step in strengthening governance, strategic direction, and institutional accountability. The Advisory Board provides independent guidance, professional insight, and sector expertise to support the Foundation’s leadership in delivering impactful and sustainable programmes.
We are seeking individuals with experience in mental health, public health, youth development, governance, policy, creative industries, finance, law, or community development. Advisory Board members will serve in a voluntary capacity for a one-year term, contributing strategic advice, networks, and guidance that strengthens the Foundation’s impact.
Interested candidates are encouraged to review the full Terms of Reference available here.

Application Deadline: 30th March 2026
Through this Advisory Board, The Soirée Foundation seeks to bring together thoughtful leaders who are committed to strengthening community wellbeing and expanding access to care, opportunity, and cultural engagement across Malawi.
